Accessories Socket.....

My Accessories Socket (cigarette lighter) has no power. It worked fine previously.

Tried ignition on, engine on etc etc. No change.
Tried several devices which work in another car - no sign of life.
Checked fuses inside car visually (fuse #16 in handbook). Look OK.

Any other things to check/do?

Sorry to hear- I have no “fix” for you other than to check the fuse again and check it is making good contact in the socket.

I think the socket might also be connected to the ecu as I had a problem when I installed a back up battery to my dash cam and the car wouldn’t shut down with it connected.

Have you tried disconnecting the car battery for 30 mins?
