Guys - I'm a tentative, just wondering if there is an interesting drive down from south Mcr / N West / Cheshire etc ?

V keen to go but just sitting on the motorway doesn't appeal really, are you guys going to make a drive of it or just bomb down as quickly as possible ? If we think there is i'm more than happy to look at a route and generate a GPX

Happy to make a drive of it. I know from Oulton Park area you can go down A49, etc - Shrewsbury / Kidderminster /

Or can go A34

Approx 2 hours 50 minutes

Going to try to make a decent drive of the first section and then bail onto the motorway for the last 60 miles to the venue, meeting at the bottom of the Cat & Fiddle 6:30am we think but tbc. The interesting bit is a 68 mile stint on lots of B roads, some I know, a lot I don't !!

Thanks for making an effort to get a convoy going. I’m just outside Buxton, Cat and Fiddle is fine too meet, and would love to tag along.

I have a buddy coming in his Clio V6 who we could sweep up in Uttoxeter if that’s not too much bother?

Looking forward too the run out, first time with a bunch of other Alpines.

Great, and of course no worries about the Clio, I may have a few ‘guests’ along for the ride. Your buddy may well know the roads south of Uttoxeter better than me - some local knowledge is always useful

We can sweep you up at the end of the Cat somewhere.
