Celica T Sport Leaking

Thought I'd ask here as well as the owners club to see if I can get some info on this.

I Just had a coolant pressure test to find there is no coolant leak. But the garage said that the leaks that I have been having is the engine oil. They said that it could be coming from the camtop, as well as finding oil leaks from the oil filter. For the oil filter, it's either just a fault oil filter or the gaskets or just not been fitted right. but for the camtop, im not sure what potential reasons could be? Can anyone provide any suggestions for that area? Initial thoughts are either the tensioner o-ring, timing cover gasket or valve cover gasket or all of them?

Oil levels look ok, so I should be good to drive for a bit.
