Anyone care to try and explain what they are as I can't see much difference.
Se-I, Se-L, F sport and Premier.
There seems to be a lumbar support and a sunroof between them!

Also do they really have any off road ability? I'm not talking proper mud plugging but maybe a steep wet/icy gravel hill. Are they any better than your average 2wd option?
Thanks all.

Guessing the age as a 2009 to 2015, but at the bottom of this page it has a list of what's included with some of the available options also shown

https://www.parkers.co.uk/lexus/rx/estate-2009/spe...

Never owned one so can't comment on the off-road prowess but can't imagine it's going to be amazing. This guy didn't think much of it lol clicky

Thanks. I had found that Parkers page and there doesn't really seem to be that much difference in the specs.

Think that’s the Toyota way, there are four spec levels for my Toyota Crown but I can’t really separate them out by spec.

They’re all pretty well specced as standard.

My dad has the SE-L which has air suspension, cooled seats, adaptive LED headlights, 11 Speaker Mark Levingston stereo and nappa leather over the SE-I

I’m not sure on the spec levels for the sport and premier

Thanks all. The forum page mentioned earlier has a complete breakdown of all the spec levels but you have to join to see it.
Air suspension gets a bit of a beating, figuratively, as one of the few bits that fail.

I have run loads of RXs and currently have RX400h and a 4th gen RX450h. Living in West Yorkshire in the snowy Hills I can vouch that the 400h is pretty good in snow going up hill. It can delicately pull on snow with the torque from the electric motors. So all the pulling power without wheel spin. If you have all 4 wheels on sheet ice it cuts all power to them.

Don't get me wrong, it is not a Jeep/Land Cruiser and does not have low range gears etc. It is a premium SUV with excellent build quality, reliability and longevity that gets about and does it well in comfort.

Engine braking in the 400h is gentle, so I would not attempt a steep decline in snow.
