Hi guys, can anyone give me information about these cars, I have never seen one before and cannot find one to compare to, it’s in black, good condition for year. Drives spot on.
Any idea what this car would be worth? Any links to show another one, for sale or that’s been sold in past. Had about 8 of these in my youth..
any help would be more than welcomed.

I've never known any UK Corolla to have a factory fit turbo and only the E12 Corolla Compressor was fitted with a supercharger. My own 1998 E11 Corolla has had an engine transplant and now is fitted with a supercharged Toyota 4A-GZE from a 1993 Japanese Domestic Market Toyota Levin Gt-z.

That’s exactly the reason I have posted on here, I did a bit of research and apparently some people put in the 2.0 turbo engines from the mr2 turbos.
Would be very interested to get more info on this.

I think Fensport were the first to put the 2litre 3S-GTE engine in a Corolla but that was a later 1998 E11 here's a link to that one . I don't personally know anyone who has put that engine into 1990 Corolla- that would be an E10. I have a friend who has put a 3S-GTE in the earlier E92 Corolla GT-i.

The number plate seemingly blocking the intercooler isn’t a great start.

If you are serious about it the first thing I would find out is what kind of management system it’s running. That will give you a good clue as to how good or otherwise the conversion is.
