Mr2 mk1 T-bar roof seals

Hi all , ive just purchased some Mk1 T-bar roof seals as mine are leaking , i was wondering if anyone knows somewhere in the UK where I can have them fitted , i dont want to do them as they we're expensive and i dont want to damage them , many thanks Alan

Knowing Toyota's it shouldnt be too difficult a job, are they soft or hard seals? Part of the door seals like the later MR2?
