Head Gasket leak on 2012 Rav 4

Hi All,
Has anyone else had issues with a leaking head gasket (leaking only coolant) on a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 - SR D-CAT Auto?
There has been a few postings on social media and web pages of a common fault with this engine, so I’m wondering if there are others on here that have experienced the same issues and wouldn't mind sharing how it was resolved.
I was recently in talks with a Toyota UK, but have still not reached a satisfactory conclusion.
