Tuning a Toyota Aygo

It sounds ridiculous but I'd say my current c1 already has too much power for the chassis to handle, with such roly poly suspension and skinny tyres it would need serious chassis and tyre upgrades to handle any more power.
It doesn't. A prime example of that would be the Peugeot 308 1.2T's that we have at work. The chassis and suspension are terrible. The engine is peppier than the suspension can handle.
Honestly? It's mpg, nippiness, dimensions balance out against lack of torque.
I fitted in airbeds, four man tent, blankets, covers and cushions along with enough for three people for three weeks.
Sleeping bags stow under the front seats. Air mats/air beds behind front seat etc etc.
It does feel more raw than other cars but that's it's charm and it sits happily on flat or undulating smooth continental motorways. If I had more time I'd have gone down to Italy.
