All three now dropped 3-4K within the first week, and still no takers by the looks of it. Wonder what level they will settle at, and how many more will come on.
I missed out on the initial allocations, but would definately like one, and am keeping my eye on the prices/premiums being asked.
Quite happy to pay a small premium, but at nearly 30%, no way, as the market also agrees.
10%/£34k seems a more realistic figure imho, so will have to play a bit of a waiting game![thumbup](/inc/images/thumbup.gif)

Most people who want one will need to buy from a dealer to get some finance.
I'll guess as soon as one goes up on a dealer site for £35,995 itll sell instantly.
Shame finance rates have gone up though, £5000 down and £299 per month wont be available on a used purchase.
That's what the lucky buyers got from Toyota.
Have previously bought a few high value cars privately, and would rather deal with individuals rather than dealers, and the fact the car would literally have driven from the dealership to the new owners home, takes all the risk out, apart from making sure there is no finance on the car.
With cash waiting, it’s just a case of waiting for the right car/price to come on, and cease on the opportunity.![thumbup](/inc/images/thumbup.gif)

I thought all the GR86's were sold but when I was killing time waiting for my car to be serviced I wandered past the main Toyota dealer at York and noticed they had a brand new one for sale in their showroom. A black exterior combined with a black interior and black wheels didn't really do it for me but a quick sit inside revealed a nice driving position and comfortable seats - it was also refreshing to see three pedals in the footwell!
The car was advertised at list price but I daresay anyone who's serious could probably negotiate a bit of a discount...

Hi.
My son told me about this car when he was having his GR Yaris checked.
I phoned them.
It's not for sale.
What's its status then? I admit I didn't speak to a salesman (because I wasn't in the market to buy it) but the car had a price next to it which also itemised the cost of some after-market options if you wanted them (dash cam, mud flaps, etc). Also, if a car's been sold - and is just in the showroom awaiting collection - it's normally locked to stop people getting in and having a poke around but it wasn't. So it certainly appeared up for sale to me!My son told me about this car when he was having his GR Yaris checked.
