New owner FSD Question

Good morning, I’ve just purchased a 2019 model 3 LR. It was sold to me by an independent car dealer with FSD, indeed the screen says it has it.
As yet I haven’t got the App on my phone and the car will still be registered to the previous owner.
The FSD doesn’t seem to work, I have updated the software and done a reset of the car. Before purchase the car car had paintwork could it be that the cameras need calibration?
I’m also having a problem with sentry mode. New memory stick formatted in the car but doesn’t record anything. Sentry mode is displayed on the dash.
How helpful are Tesla? Can you just turn up for a chat?

Silly question but have you enabled the function in the menu - you have to agree to the beta opt in

I didn’t think FSD was a thing in the UK.

Hi, yes, that’s what it says and yes say’s enabled. Should say that the car comes from Holland and I live in Spain where the car is now registered.

The camera thing take the memory card out, format it and create the folders required. Google will help with that.

For the FSD, what exactly does it say on the screen?

It may say you have the hardware for it and not the feature enabled.

FSD beta code is only live in the US. No signs of it coming to Europe any time soon.

Letting the car format it might still not work.

"Included Package" should mean that you have the basic Level-2 AP, not the full FSD (I have the same on mine).
