Just through, we often are quick to complain, but fail to praise.
So our Model 3 LR developed a fault where the AC charging would work, but not the DC. Raised it with service via the app, and stated that we are doing some long journeys next week, so really need the DC charging available.
That was Wednesday, then some messages Thursday about the parts being ordered - I messaged again asking maybe a loan car as we really need the fast charging available. Fair play, they juggled the parts at Tesla Chelmsford, and called me this morning and had it fixed in an hour.
All in all, I'm really impressed with the customer service, to juggle jobs and parts to fit me in due to our direct need is excellent.

Likewise; I had a positive experience when my boot strut got stuck in the open position. I had to dismantle it at the office just to get me home, but they were out fitting a replacement within 48 hours. That said, I have heard negative things about body panel replacement parts lead times and there was that issue with windscreen availability a while back; so I'm sure it's not all positive.
