In the past 24hrs my new Model Y no longer lists USB as a music source, just loads of streaming services and phone via bluetooth. Until yesterday (and the two years previous to that in a Model 3) I happily listened to a selection of FLAC and mp3 files on a USB key in the glove-box.

I’ve looked everywhere I can think in the menus, but no sign of where you could select USB in the media player. Am I being extremely dumb or has the latest update actually disabled this feature?

PS. I have tested the key in question on a computer and the folders/files are still very much present.

UPDATE:
Further to some Googling, last night I tried a 'soft' reboot by changing the size of the wheels in the vehicle configuration settings. The car software did indeed restart, but it made no difference, so I gave up and went to bed.
This morning the USB icon was still conspicuous by its absence, and my plan was once parked at work, to do a double scroll-wheel reboot procedure, which I had to do on the Model 3 twice in the early days when the aircon/heating went to the cinema.
However I retried the wheel size thing, and hey presto, the USB icon reappear as a music source choice.

Sometimes (but not always) I need to unplug my USB drive and attach it again in my Model 3. This brings back the USB icon after a short delay...
