Tesla face palm moments

Hi all.
Hoping its not just me that finds Tesla have an amazing abilty to shoot themsleves in the foot or be incredibly frustrating to deal with. I have been a Tesla owner for 8 years so they have had a long time to wind me up and dissapoint. Sometimes though its quite laughable.
Thought I would start a thread where we can share some of them or maybe im on some kind of black list and everyone else gets stellar service
Will start with my most recent aqusition of a Model Y performance just before Xmas. Despite having weeks to do so, it transpired Tesla hadn't sent through any of my details or application through to the finance company. Que mad rush and me having to kick hell out of Tesla to get on with it.
Was told I would have to collect from Dartford which is fine I know that was likely odd though considering they have opened a dealer just up the road from me, cant work out what its for. then out of the blue 2 days before text saying they will deliver it to my home. Was rather chuffed with this as it saved me a lot of hassle.
Due to changes that day I called the driver to ask if it could come to my work which was closer. Ended up having a bizzar conversation. First off turns out it was just being driven up not on a truck, second off the driver was wandering around south Cambridge looking for a charger. Baffled I said just get the sat nav to take you to super charger easy. It then became clear the driver had never sat in a Tesla or an EV before. He had been handed the keys with 30% told to deliver it 170 miles away. I felt for the bloke as he was quite old and just had no clue, I ended up having to talk him through how the car worked and calculated for him that he would make it to Elveden charger.
Chap turned up 4 hours later than planned visibly stressed out of his mind. He couldnt figure out the climate control so it was stuck in low freezing him to death in a jacket and hat. Car was filthy as it was a grim day. Where he then had to tell me when he picked the car up the mud flaps where hanging off, he understadably didn't want to take it like that and was told by Tesla he could either attach them himself or take them off put them in the boot. So I have 2 mud flaps in the boot.
Once I had dropped him off became clear keys arent working properly and it wont lock in anyway. Tesla where meant to put my new car on my existing account and app but haven't done so, I can't work the car with my phone at all at the moment. No parking sensors which I assume is this whole thing about switching away from sensors but I don't have any until they update the car? Has strong whiffs of self driving option that never came on my other cars.
Unfortunately car seems better but same old Tesla.
I really felt for the bloke delivering it he would have probably run out if I hadn't called him. I have been there myself its f
