Right, just got a text from Tesla stating that my car's collection can be scheduled - however - the delivery location showing when I look at booking collection is 76 miles away from me in Bluewater shopping centre near Dartford!

Is this normal given I'm in Bucks near High Wycombe? I thought I'd be looking at a Heathrow or Reading collection location??

Lucky you! I'll get on to the Tesla Delivery team to see if I can get this organised instead

I’m just outside High Wycombe and collected my Tesla back in September from Brent Cross. I believe that site is currently closed, hence Bluewater. A few days prior to collection we were offered a GoZero car to take us there, which was excellent. Not sure if they’re still offering that service.

40 miles for me.

Tesla aren’t big on customer service and unbelievably the Tesla owners group think it’s appropriate for them to man some of the handover locations, providing free advice to new buyers, because poor old Tesla can’t. Worlds largest car company by market cap and they can’t afford to employ people.

Smoke & mirrors, you have to worry too about the guy in the States who recently ditched his model S in favour of a 300C Hemi

I’d call it ‘do the absolute minimum you can and expect buyers to be thankful’
