model 3 : Incoming call alert or lack of

Got an incoming call whilst driving today, but my phone was on silent.

The car didn't make any audible alert to the incoming call but luckily I saw the alert window in the bottom corner of the screen.

Have i managed to turn the car ring tone off somehow?

Possibly because your phone was on silent?

My iPhone is permanently on silent as I have an Apple Watch and get all alerts that way.

When I get a call in the Model 3, it rings only once in the car and then stops ringing but the display shows that the incoming call is still trying to connect.
