Another reason to stick with ICE it seems.
I currently insure my 2015 BMW 528i with Saga for £175, they wanted £364 for a 2019 Tesla 3.
My cheapest Tesla 3 quote was Lloyds at £314.
I am lucky to live in a low risk area.
a £54k valued car versus a 6 year old BMW though. Their payout is much higher on any brand new car.I currently insure my 2015 BMW 528i with Saga for £175, they wanted £364 for a 2019 Tesla 3.

I got quotes for a newer BMW valued around £40k when I was looking for mine and the premium was only a few £'s more, still under £200.

About £400 for mine with full no claims.
When I first got it and looked online, quotes were £800+. I think LV is a competitive insurer to speak to directly
Definitely not for me, for a man in his 40s. £1450 from LV.When I first got it and looked online, quotes were £800+. I think LV is a competitive insurer to speak to directly
Cheapest quote I've got today is £760. A few under £800. Fully comp with 5 years no claims.
