Looks like the tesla teathered charger is the cheapest option going?

mk3 has a built in RCD and some smarts, not sure about Uk but its a good deal here

I've got the previous gen non smart one. Plug in, it works, looks nice, holds the 7.5m cable well. Not sure what else I'd need as I can schedule charging on the car. It's a thumbs up from me.

Cheapest in which way?
It doesn’t have O-Pen protection which most of the opposition do so you’ll likely need to to factor in something like a Matt-e protection panel which for 3-phase will be about £500 for the Matt-e device only (excluding any installation costs).

Gen 3 wall charger has a type A RCD built in, not sure if this is that though as they are clearing out some old gen 2's

actually, reading the rules, you don't need one for a 3 phase install?

Can't comment on the gen 3, but have bought two gen 2's.

The second one was a need for a generic one, but anything else that can do 3 phases and has a 7.5m tether is at least 50% more expensive.
On top of that it doesn't look half bad, is relatively svelte and easy to drape the cable over.

No load balancing can be a big miss though. But cheapest, yes afaik.
