So I did this to the Model X when rushing around a few weeks ago, purely my fault didn't see a parking column despite various beepers going off.
Essentially the plastic trim around the passenger rear door damaged, cheapest part on eBay was £90, but I didn't really fancy stripping the part my self and fitting.
So I took the car in today and waited for the work to be done, it was surprisingly quick/efficient, I had barely finished the complimentary coffee/biscuits whilst editing a work report and got the message the work was done and a few minutes later the car was parked up ready to go.
Any one want to guess at the final bill, bear in mind this was work done at the 'Main dealer' .

If the Fleabay part was £90, the Tesla one may have been £200.
Tesla Gatwick charge £145 per hour, so you are probably similar, although they had it less than an hour.
You seem pleasantly surprised by asking people to guess.
£200 all in?
My last service / repair was the satnav had packed up. It required an upgrade and they said it would be a couple of hours and quoted for parts and labour.
I waited as it would take an hour each way for me to get the train home. Things didn't go well, it took most of the day and I was dreading the labour bill. They did it free of charge as a good will gesture. Wasn't expecting that.

Not bad for a 30 second job
Not bad at all considering I had to pay Lexus £90 for a bit of plastic smaller than what I destroyed on the Tesla, and than they wanted about £140+vat to fit it, warning me the labour cost may be more if the paint gets damaged in the process. Sadly I had to pay the £90 for the part as Lexus spares are hard to come by, and get a local garage to fit it for another £50. Gassing Station | Tesla | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
