Model S Performance brake discs & pads?

My front brake discs now need replacing after 20,000 miles. I'm not impressed by those fitted to the car from new, has anybody uprated their discs and pads (and will still fit within the 19" alloys)?

I'd say you have a serious issue. With regen braking, there is no way the discs should be anywhere near gone after 20k miles.

I'm at 70k and just been for an MOT and the mechanic said the discs were like new (and I'm not a slow driver).
