Tesla complaints???
Discussion
Does anyone have an email address of anyone at Tesla who will repsond to a complaint?
I'll not go into the details on here, but I've had a resolver case going since February and they just don't respond and apparently I'm at the highest level on resolver, so my next steps are court, which is probably OTT for a complaint.
Thanks all for any advice.

Please send your written notification to:

Attention: Vehicle Service
Please include the following information:
• Your name and contact information;
• VIN;
• Name and location of the Tesla Store and/or Tesla Service Center nearest you;
• Vehicle delivery date;
• Current mileage;
• Description of the defect; and
• History of the attempts you have made with a Tesla Store or a Tesla representative to resolve
the concern, or of any repairs or services that were not performed by a Tesla Service Center or
Tesla authorized repair facility.
Whether thats still applicable post brexit I have not idea.
But I wouldn't hold out much hope. People have taken Tesla to court over various matters like the eMMC issue and Tesla don't even bother turning up, although they do eventually pay up if the court rules against them
