Tesla Fleet hack.

Some random guy found a way to hack summon on 'any' tesla in the fleet. Got on the phone to a Tesla security guy, and summoned the nearest car to him

Received a 50k bug bounty for his efforts.

Perhaps one day, a hacker could crash every tesla at the same time, in some sense or other?

Well this is why Tesla have this reward system, to find the bugs, it's very common in IT. I'd imagine VW etc. have something similar.

Also, while it's nothing to be worried about, it's interesting that Tesla's back end runs in Perl, mainly because I still have a soft spot for Perl.
