Hi guys I thought I'd wonder over here from the owners club to let you know about the open invite to SELOC's charity event on 31st July 2004.

I've posted the details here: www.nobleownersclub.net/pipermail/noble-discuss/2004-May/005296.html

Who's SELOC you ask? Well if you want to see a large gathering of Nobles then just attend one of their events...

Andrew.

Enemy? Show me a Noble owner and odds on he's had a Lotus in the past!

Such innocence Martin, but hasn't all your 'in car' Noble action todate been through SELOC in one way or another?!

Simon - on the track?

If so, do you have a solution to stone chips for an M12 without armourfend. At a TMS track day a new Tuscan looked like it had been shot with a machine gun it was so bad.

I've only used Brunters for VMAX (no following cars), but I don't fancy wrecking the front of my M12.

I'll almost certainly come up on one of the runs though given it's all for Chaaarrriiiiittteeeeeee

Stone chips were a concern of mine.

That said having driven around the main circuit in a Freelander of all things last month on a site visit, stopping periodically on teh circuit, I'm happy the surface is fine for a TD, the top corner has been revised with new esses, super smooth tarmac and proper kerbing which isn't too agressive - the circuit is actually more entertaining thah I thought it was going to be.

Also checked with the guys testing a Radical on the day and they were happy with the condition of the main track surface, and they were running race settings on the suspension.

The 2nd track that they use to the south of the main track is not in a good state certainly. We're not using that.
