Any US Noble owners on here who installed their own drive train? When I was at the NA distributor last week, Dean showed me the installation manual. I was quite impressed on the detail and photos included. Seems like an advantage to do this yourself if possible...would have great knowledge of the car that way.

Also, got to see almost a dozen differnt R3's without drive train that just arrived....lots of colors (er colours) to see in the flesch. Kinda nice being this close to the importer...hope to do a few more test drives to cement my decesion.

Tommy,
You'll fit right in on this forum. Keep the z8, everyone needs a convertible. You need the M3 too, after all it's a family car, right? I'm just surprised that you were able to hold off this long without ordering. After I drove 1G's demo, I couldn't get the car out of my head until I ordered one. If all goes to plan, I'll be picking mine up at the Carlisle, PA show on May 21st.
Regards,
Michael
It might be prudent to order before it hits MT, C&D, and R&T....just a thought.

No, left the digital camera at home....hope to get back to 1G next week...I have been consulting in Cincinnati...about 20 minutes from 1G and plan on stopping by often! Hope Dean does not find me a pest.

I too can not get this car out of my mind.....just was not prepared to add to my fleet so soon...in fact when I bought the Z8 in early 2002 I put down a deposit for a M6...was thinking that a Euro delivery in the summer of 2005 was a worthy goal...think I have decided to skip the M6 and arrange a deal with 1G for a winter 2004 delivery and a winter/spring drive train installation with my son for late spring drive.

hmmmmmmmmmm gentlemen,

My 3R due to arrive in less then 2 weeks at 1G, then get the assembly moving. Will ship the car to Florida for the final install at Renntec in West Palm, whom is a high end HP Mercedes installer for celebrities and the like. Well known shop, and very trust worthy.

Looking forward to a summer of fun ........ will report on how the install goes.
