Follow up to New 3R for sale in U.S.

I wanted to follow up about some questions that I have been asked about my 3R that is for sale.

Yes, I can finish the complete build and sell as a "complete" car rather than the car and the motor together but not installed. There would be no mark up but since I already have the contacts, some thoughts were I should finish the car to complettion then sell "new" but complete.

Let me clarify, no mark up other than the true costs to finish the build. The car would of course cost more if I finished the build but only the true costs. Nothing more would be added.
