Hi all - I'm looking for a Noble owners in the South of England who'd be interested in a free dyno session, where I'd record the engine and exhaust sound to be used in a highly anticipated driving game on PS2 and Xbox. You'd get to do power runs and get all the relevant printouts and I'd also supply you with a complimentary copy of the game on its release. We regularly use the dyno at Abbey Motorsport(www.abbeymotorsport.co.uk), a specialist Nissan Skyline tuning shop in Oxted, Surrey.

Also, anyone else with any other lairy motors who're interested, get in touch.

Cheers

Lewis.

spewis, you might want to clarify if you are looking for a GTO 3R/GTO 3, or the GTO 2.5 litre. The sounds for each are quite a bit different both in the cockpit as well as at the exhaust. You may also want to state whether or not you would like the car to be stock as well. BTW, what game are you working on???

Joust, what do you think your car will do, with the various mods?
I already know what it does - I have a dyno plot already

Suffice to say the upgrade is *sufficient*

Having seen it in action I can only agree that "sufficient" suns it up

Damm, Damm, Damm.

I'd would have jumped at the chance to see what my Noble GTO-3R would pump out. Only I sold it 5 days ago

Need a supercharged Jaguar XKR for your game?

Might be interesting as it gets 'upgraded' next week to handle correctly, and the ECU gets tweaked to chuck out an additional 35bhp and 22% more torque. A run now, and a second run after the upgrade would show if the manufacturers claims were correct.

Then they could do 'slipper & pipe racing' or some kind of boating sim

You should post on the owners mailing list if you want a response original poster.

Ouch! That hurts

More like 'slip-on-pipe and race'

It's actually quite funny listening to Wager's epic "The Ride of the Valkyries" on full blast while 'cruising' down a fast A road and pestering small Nobles...

And with next weeks enhancements - just watch out
