Well spotted Ashley - your link didn't work so I've pasted it here:

On the Noble Automotive stand there will be two important additions to the successful M12 range of supercars; the M12 GTC and the M400. The M12 GTC convertible will be a production-ready version of the concept car shown at the 2002 show. Complete with a clever, weatherproof and stowable roof system, the GTC will share the M12 GTO-3 and 3R’s underpinnings and will retain the fixed head car’s twin-turbocharged 3.0 V6 engine. Expect a 0-60mph time of around 4.0 seconds, with a top speed in excess of 160mph.

The M400 is set to be one of the fastest track cars money can buy. Like the GTC, it will be based on the scorching M12 GTO range of cars, but its engine will produce over 400bhp, compared with the existing cars’ 352bhp. Using the all-new 6-speed gearbox and Quaife Automatic Torque Biasing differential from the GTO-3R model, the M400 should attack the 0-60mph benchmark in around 3.5 seconds and hit 100mph in 8.0 seconds. Top speed will be close to 180mph.

Competition-spec adjustable dampers, firmer spring settings and a lower kerb weight will ensure that this will be the ultimate track day weapon.
Naturally, Noble’s existing models will also be present. At £47,950, the GT0-3 is our current entry model, and comes as standard with a full rollcage, Alcantara-trimmed interior and 352bhp, 3.0-litre V6 engine. The GTO-3R completes the line up, combining one of the world’s best sports car chassis with everyday usability and refinement. Few British cars have created such a stir in the UK press.

M400 - 0-60 in 3.5s. That's goodbye Zonda then.

So do we think the GTC has the GTO-3 model 5-speed box, or the 6-speeder from the 3R as standard ? I know there should be a Press Release coming soon...

I'd expect it to be the 6-speeder and that the '3' goes 6-speed untimately - better standardisation, buying power and servicing parity.

GTCs will only use the six-speeder.

Thanks, Simon.

I hate to be pushy, but any idea yet when the GTC press pictures will be released ?
