Surfeit of used cars?

I see there are THREE second hand Nobles being advertised in the Sunday Times this week. Usually there are none, or one, or max of two. Is this a record, and is there a particular reason for putting them on the market now?
... FYI, all three were older models (ie: no 3Rs) but there are a few 3Rs on this site! I think that by spring (very soon!) when the Autoglym comes out men's (and some ladies?!) thoughts turn to all things motoring the second-hand M12 market will change for the better (ie: there won't be any available!).
What could Noble do to protect residuals though? I'm guessing less changes would be a good start, and potentially controlling the prices by buying cars back (as per Caterham).
The residuals are a looking a bit scarey =/ On the plus side I'll be able to afford one once the worst has been done.
Where people get this idea residuals are scary?
M12 GTO 2.5ltrs were circa. £46k new (the first cars are now nearly two years old) and the cheapest you'll find second hand are around £32-33k (privatly)
M12 GTO 3.0ltrs were circa £48k. new and 12mths old sell for around £42k-£45k (retail)
I think you'll find these losses are similar if not better than most other £40-£50k cars ie. Jaguar XK8/XKR, Maserati 4200GT, BMW M3 even the Porsche 911

Work it out...
I paid £48k for mine as car no. 26.
If you want to sell in a fools market you'll get the price based on that - if you create a relationship with your dealer and pass the risk onto a finance company you can actually do it for "0 incremental cost" (hence my TS500 mid term without 'trading in' my Noble coupled with the smooth transition to a GTC with no change in my leaverage)
*warning* cue the finance vs cash thread yet again
