A supercharged noble?
Discussion
Heins, believe me, the n/a version of this engine does NOT produce over 300bhp!. It takes the twin turbos with cams and valves changed to get it to 352bhp and the 430bhp mule is starting to push the boundries. A supercharger change alone is no way good for doubling the bhp figure on ANY engine. But we can dream...(and I often do) but I honestly think that kind of hoarsepower is only achievable with an engine swap. A 357ci smallblock Chevy with Nitrous oxide would be my choice. I can hear it now.... Martin.

I wonder what a quad turbo could do?
Increase weight, plumbing and complexity without offering any gain in performance, due to the relatively low boost they run the pair of T25's are more than sufficent to provide the required level of boost with the minimum of lag and TBH without spending big money you'd be unlikely to improve on them.
Think of it this way. In order to raise boost and maintain airflow (and therefore increase power output) you need a bigger turbo, no two ways about it, in order to flow enough air at a higher boost level they have to be physicaly larger. This adds's weight and increases lag as there is more rotational mass that has to spin before it reaches a velocity at which a posistive charge pressure is being produced. So you might be able to pull 500bhp out of the engine with a combination of stronger internals, larger turbos and sufficent fueling but around any sort of complex track the car will be slower and considerably less fun and productive to drive. IMHO its the point and squirtiness of the Noble that makes it what it is (and the ability to point and squirt around some bloody tight corners ) and to ruin this is to ruin a (very) important part the car.

Sorry bout that last post. lol I wasn't thinking at all when i posted it. i's pretty tierd and was thinking bout' TVR with the Speed six. Heres the specs
Specification
Engine: 6-cylinder inline alloy engine with 4 valves per cylinder and dry sump lubrication.
Capacity:
3605 cc
Max Power:
350 bhp @ 7200 rpm
Max torque:
290 ft.lbs @ 5500 rpm
I've also heard of people adding a supercharger and doubling the hp but with other engine mods as well. oh yah the speed six is a straight six.

Do you think it's as easy as buying a supercharger and away you go?
If so the link below is for you.
