Please be advised that we as a manufacturer cannot guarantee the quality of these parts, the dealer is not an authorised Noble dealership therefore we cannot accept any of these parts being used on our cars, as it will void your warranty.

When you take your car to one of our authorised dealerships we can guarantee that the parts used are 100% suitable for our cars.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me at the factory

Didn't Mole Valley recently transfer servicing/repairs out of their Redhill branch (a.k.a. Gatwick TVR) to Chessington?

I'm puzzled here. There are OEM Noble parts presumably so I can't see how a warranty claim could be legitimately rejected? Presumably you just mean the parts warranty will be invalid, not the cars? Even that sounds very odd.

Dan

As stated in the Handbook, all warranty work must be carried out by an authorised Noble dealer. This garage is no longer an authorised dealer, and therefore can't perform any work on your cars.

Ok I think understand now. You aren't saying there is anything actually wrong with the parts, just that anyone appart from an authorised dealer fitting them would invalidate the warranty? (and presumably authorised dealers would rather make the margin on the parts themselves...)

I can't comment on the state of the parts Dan as we do not know.

apologies if i am sounding pedantic about this but we need to be able to control the parts used by our dealers to ensure the best quality of service for you.

Which also seems to mean that if someone does ANY work on their own car themselves, eg change a broken headlamp unit, they screw up the warranty......

I don't think they could wriggle out for something like that. I know with aftermarket exhausts for instance, that the companies can't then wriggle out of engine warranty probs etc. Of course they have no reason to cover the exhaust, or any damage directly caused by it. Thats fair enough though.

These look like list prices, therefore the same as you'd get charged by Noble or one of their dealers. The rear clam shell cost is about the same as I was charged last year. So bearing in mind Stuart's comments, the prices will have to be much cheaper to attract anyone to take the risk.
