So, anyone here the proud new owner of license plate "GTO 3R"?

www.dvlaregistrations.co.uk/home/en/Auction/p/last

Was expecting it to go for much more than it did.

Perhaps we should start a GTO club...we could hold our monthly meetings in Tobago or Bora Bora or the Maldives.

Well done Bill, about 6 months ago i wrote to the DVLA asking them when they were going to issue the plate. Unfortunalty they wouldn't issue it in time to go on our press car, they wrote to me to inform me that it was going to be auctioned off, i was going to go but couldn't make it at the last min. Good job really as it seems that a few Noble owners were bidding on it.

All the best

Stuart

Any idea how much M400 NOB might fetch?

You might get a couple of hundred quid, but I wouldn't hold your breath...

I'm not sure people are big on 'NOB' plates...

Especially if you meet someone with "M500 NOB", i.e. their NOB is bigger than yours...

Not many of the Noble owners appear to have Noble related registration numbers! I have four on retention two of which are shown in the registration plates for sale section of PistonHeads. They include
R30BLE N800BLE N600BLE & N400BLE. Could this provide an interesting line up for a photoshoot?

A lot of the cars sold between march and september last year ended up with GT03 XXX plates, there have been quite a few M12 XXX plates used as well.

Marlon, I don't wish to break the classified rules. But now that you have asked. First Offer over £450. (£999 from DVLA last year.) On retention certificate and plate made up.

If you (or anyone) are interested, send me a mail on my profle address.

Cheers,
Ian.

Think its cause they look like it. But R30BLE is confusing the hell out of me. WTF is that supposed to mean?
