Does the exhaust on your car make the same noise as the 3 litre. If not how much as a percentage is it quieter

Mines in to the factory next month for a service but I do not want to part with £1500 if I do not achive the same sound the 3 litre has.

What do you mean by a "3.0l" sound? The 2.5 isn't going to sound the "same" whatever you stick on it.

I certainly like the new exhaust, and some 3.0l owners have commented that it sounds better/different/strange than theirs.

However "close" it is to the 3.0l I like it, and would pay the money.

If you are near Croydon then you could pop around - else I am at Rockingham next weekend, Bedford the weekend after that.

I spent the weekend before last running round in a 3 Litre car. I liked the tone of the exhaust, I was quite keen to achive the same sound on my car, obviously I appreciate mines only a 2.5

I still have my exhaust if you want it can't remember what I said you could have it for but 100 notes will do but it's not that loud...
