you need the pic on a webspace somewhere eg fotango.
ge the address of the pic (fotango gives this to you above the pic .. press "get a link for this picture") then in your typed text on PH put



I think that should do it.

if you find a posting with a piccie in it, press "quote" to see how it was typed in ..
