I know that Dynamic is selling Nobel's in the US.

However I would be interested in a used Nobel. But with US pentration just developing there is no market.

Is it practical/cost effective to ship a car from the UK? What type of registration issues would there be? Or would this be cost prohibitive?

Thanks.

Buying the prize would be more expensive than the car.

From my understanding of US import law, the car and the engine cannot be attached when the car is imported, unless you go for the "1 year" grace period.

As far as I am aware as well, the engine must be a "home grown" one.

After that year the car has to either be exported again or crushed.

To that end, to take the transmission out, ship the old car, and then put a new engine in would be rather non-cost effective.

Thanks for the info....I thought there would be issues.

I will just need to wait until something in the US comes available.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that noble are shipping 'virgin' chassis out to the US for dealers to put their own choice of engines in.
