Does anyone know the offset for the wheels on a M12

I was thinking of changing the wheels on mine as I'm not a fan of the standard wheels but I'm struggling to find the offset. Also are the hubs ford?

I would put a set of 3R rims on but £4.5k !!!!!!!!

Yeah I think they are having a laugh with the alloy prices Have you measured the PCD? Realise offset is a tad harder.

Looking at Danny's "broken" one the spokes end up at a very strange place for an alloy - so something standard is not going to be easy to find.

Me thinks finding a similar is going to be "fun", but I do have a "man" seeing what he can source, I'll let you know if/when anything comes up.

Very hard to find a off the shelf wheel because of the 4 stud fixing most manufacturers will only produce the rears in 5 stud. A company in UK will make them for you about £1600+vat for a set, try www.imagewheels.com if you take them the car they will measure the offset and stud spacings etc.

I'd love a set of speedline magnesium wheels if anyone knows a man that can...

I'd just like some circular wheels without chunks missing

Wouldn't bother with magnesiums for road use. If the surface finish gets damaged (e.g. curbing/clumsy wheel fitters) they will start to disintegrate. All imho.

Didn't know that - who makes lightweight wheels that won't disintegrate then?

All, I asked the wheel suppliers for their direct prices - I already guessed their response - "we have agreed only to supply Noble direct" - sneaky tea-boy!!!

They still show the wheel on their web site though - perhaps I should have said that they were for a hairy Morris Minor!!!

Thats a pretty normal thing for car manufacturers to do though. How much should the rims be as it really looks like Noble are scalping on alloy prices?

Still I'm sure you'll be able to sort out an alternative supply, but I guess Noble could cut into sales volume by changing the wheel hubs etc!

But the Stinger wheels have 5 bolts? The 3R wheels have 4.

Guys
The 3R wheels are manufactured by us, they are not the Stinger Wheels. they are produced for us in South Africa. We are looking at the price of these for replacement and will be able to update you soon. The wheels are one piece as when the original testing was done with the two piece wheels (same ones as Motor show) we found that they needed rebalancing all the time.
