Today around 5.00pm I was driving down Richmond High St in my Champagne M12 GTO and in the opposite direction came a Titanium GTO3. Both myself and the driver of the GTO3 were gobsmacked - as were many onlookers. At least we both stopped and gave each other a grin and a wave (anybody here?).
From now on I will pass through Richmond at a different time. Dont want to make Nobles look too common.

Steve, if that's Richmond, Surrey then there will be three of us as I live in the area too - now I just have to get R77 built!!!

Oh dear, I think the exclusivity rating of the M12 in the Richmond area is going to take a nosedive - I live just 5 minutes down the road in Mortlake.

Hi Steve,

It was me that passed you on the high street. Boy was I shocked but very pleased to see another noble.

The funny thing is I was on my way to pick up my wife from the train station. When I got there she asked why I drove past and went around the block

I am in Mortlake also so will keep an eye out for you. I currently have an MCoupe (the ugly breadvan thing). Going to change soonish and M12 is on the list,...(alongwith T350, s/h F355 or s/h 993TT). I guess you will probably try to desuade me from adding another M12 to the ranks of the Mortlake/Richmond/Barnes area!!! Would be quite easy to get a few cars together for a Sunday run out tho..

No, the more the merrier! Would be good to have a few local owners.

One small issue I haven't resolved though - I don't have a garage.. hmmmmm. It is a private residents carpark, but not allocated spaces, and not covered. So if you know of any garages for rent around the Mortlake area, point them in my direction!

As a general question, are there any Noble owners out there that do NOT garage their cars?

Cheers
Eric

Hi Dennis, good to hear from you. However please ask your wife to be careful because if she cannot tell the difference between our cars, who knows whose car she might climb into!
Anyway sounds like there are enough Noble owners in the vicinity for a get together.

I occasionally don't garage the car, but try to do so always. Condition of insurance and also deters thieves. I try to avoid leaving it in car parks too, as small fingers have been known to get down the front of the windscreen and unscrew a certain cap that can be reached from there!
