Anyone used Wicked Wheels before (have booked them as they come to you)?

yep, used them for two wheels on a Beemer I used to own. They removed the tyres, dealt with the offending kerb damage, re-painted (the whole wheel) and baked them to cure the paint - all in the back of a van!
I kept the car for about 12 months after they'd been done and put about 25K miles on it - no paint peeling, chipping or discolouration (and they were washed using acid type wheel cleaner almost every weekend). So overall couldn't fault the standard of their service. Hopefully you'll have a similar experience.

Did you have any problems with wicked wheels jacking the car up? and taking the centre nut off?

One of the posters here told me there are two ways of refurbing alloys, the best being an electrolysis type process that fills any gaps with real metal. Dunno if that can be done in the back of a van though...

Seemed that what he could do at the roadside was limited to basic rim repairs. The greatest benefit for me though (and y'all) was that he jacked up the Merc on my drive (with 4 small trolley jacks) and took all four wheels away - they were back and on the motor by 5pm same day. The alternative was for to go to my nearest tyre shop 4 times (and each time drive around with a 50mph skinny on for three days).
