Does anybody know when the soft top is likely to be available and how it's likely to work?? ie. is it targa and where does it go??

Delivery is being quoted for 04 at the moment.

No one knows the roof arrangement as Lee's yet to design it! He's been quoted as saying that it will be a "lot easier than an Elise".

Which seems unlikely unless he goes for a concertina pram roof style thing which is probably realistically beyond nobles manufacturing ability.

(N.B. presuming he is contrasting to the latest Elise roof which takes about 20 secs to put on).

Sorry Dan - not sure. Just reporting the statement as I saw it reported when the GTC was announced.

There are better ways than the current EliseII system IMHO, but given Lee's ability to engineer stuff I'm waiting with baited breath.

At the end of the day 20 seconds or 2 minutes doesn't matter to me - it's the car that matters. I've put up with the EliseI system for 5 years now and it doesn't really bother me (but then I seem to be able to "sniff out" rain
