Rear Diffuser options?

I am having problems with my rear diffuser being gradually destroyed by the tail pipes (the quiet ones for the Roush exhuast). It has been repaired once but did not last long.

Can anyone tell me if there are any options other than the standard Noble rear diffuser? I have seen the one on Adrian's car but I assume that was a one off?

Adrians is from reverie, but not cheap at £1,400.
I have had a ali one made and powdercoated. IMO looks vey nice and no issue with the exhaust. Will post a pic up tonight when I get home if you are interested?

You could always fit a couple of heat resistant plates under the tail pipes, I have the same problem with the Hayward and scott pipes.
I fitted a couple of thin plates, bent them around the diffuser, they look ok, and save the diffuser.

I can, had another one done already for someone else. The other nice thing is you need about 50 less screws.
Also had some undertrays made from thicker Ali, now use nearly 100 less screws on that.
Price depends on how many I have made at the same time, If I have 2 made up they get about 30% cheaper.

I have recently had an argument with a kerb and lost which means i am also after a replacement diffuser. Would be interested in getting one made also.
How much are we talking, and what kind of timescale would you you be working on?

Alex,

Very similar to what I did with mine last year, and attached mine with 1/4 turn screws just like the clams.Takes about 2 minutes to get it off for service, to repair or replace. Great move !

Good pic's. I have to say that I prefer the look of the Reverie one but I don't like the look of its price. If you are going to have some more diffuser made up then I would also be interested in one, depending on price.

I agree I like the reverie CF one, however what I didnt like was the price.

Hence why I got these made which results in a saving of around £1,100
