dijon/magny cours
Discussion
Just returned from the Booka track events at the above.
Dijon was an awesome circuit with an 1100 metre straight followed by highspeed right left complexes with deep undulations. A sort of mixture of Anglesey and Donington.
Magny Cours was a series of shortish straights, tight and not so tight haipins and a couple of fun fast right lefts.
I was the only Noble at the event which was predominantly Caterfields, Elises, Porches, RS Cosworths and a couple of Ferraris.
My car performed perfectly although from recent experiences for fear of breaking something I was decidedly tentative ( ) at Dijon and for the first few outings at Magny. Top speed on the Dijon straight was 152 mph.
By the end of the second day I had gained sufficient confidence with the car to nail it so my last few sessions at Magny were very satisfying.
