Everyone has their own methods. Here's how we'll be running ours in:
1,000 miles using no boost whatsoever. This should be around 2,700 rpm max, or as much as 3,000 rpm at very light load (e.g. not enough exhaust gas to make any boost).
After this, the car will be going back to Mole Valley for a 'safety service' including oil change and a general once-over.
At this point we will give the car as much as 4,000 rpm which will alow the car to wind up to maximum boost, but only for a short period. This will be our self imposed rev-limit for another 500 miles. We will try and wind it up to 4,000 rpm as often as possible. I'd imagine this will be the most frustrating period.
After this the engine will have loosened up quite nicely, so more revs will be quite acceptable.
By the time the car sees any track action, there will be loads more miles on it, so I will pretty much consider it run-in after the 1,500 allocated miles.

Perhaps it's not going to be as frustrating as I first thought then.
I suspected that being a British sports car it would have a similar running in procedure to a TVR (although entirely different engine setup).
I was in a friends Tamora when it was only a couple of days old and he was given a running in procedure loosely similar to the one I mentioned. These modified Duratec blocks must a a bit tougher than their Blackpool rivals.
