Discussion
I'm looking for some advice!!
I know that you Chaps have discussed the topic over and over and over again!!! but i just need to make sure!
I have a GT03 with a H&S exhaust and performance cats. I looking to go to the next stage and just want to make sure that I'm heading in the right direction.
I will be installing a Forge BOV, Bosch up-rated fuel pump and a good old remap of the ECU.
Do I need to change the intercooler? and if so which is the best one to go for? Does it need a fan or not?
I live in Sussex and was wondering if there is anyone local that would of the remap?
And finally is there any thing else that I need to do?

All depends on how far you want to go but make sure you get the wiring upgraded for the fuel pump.I know that you Chaps have discussed the topic over and over and over again!!! but i just need to make sure!

The Pro alloy intercooler is a definate improvement over standard.
The Pro alloy 'Hard Pipe Kit' is worth doing as this improves throttle responce.
Get Trevor Jasper to set it up on the rollers.

You must upgrade the pump wiring or you'll be running lean at high load (WOT) with the H&SI know that you Chaps have discussed the topic over and over and over again!!! but i just need to make sure!

A re-map sooner rather than later is your best bet to keep the engine safe and develop more useable power.

Thanks all for you advice.
Can any one confirm where I can get the fuel fump and wiring loom from? I have tryed Noble mods several times and it seems that he is a very busy man with work at the moment. Any other suppliers?

Loom is just some 15 amp wire with a inline fuse, and a relay...

Yeah, the wiring was done by a local specialist who had done a Noble before - he mentioned it was a really simple job if you know what you're doing.
I've got a standard pump as far as I know but had the wiring upgraded. Apparently it still runs a fraction lean at around 7000rpm (I don't go above 6,500 TBH) according to the analysis done by JNM.
