A few of you may know that I've had a lot of work done, some of it rather "experiemental". I've had some issues with temprature, nothing serious, just rather wierd.

After a bit of back and forth between MV and me, the factory asked for the car back to "sort it once and for all".

I dropped it off just 9 days ago, and got a ride back to the station which suited me as I could then pop up to a friends house in Nottingham.

Now, tomorrow is the Autocar/Noble day at Bedford, and it appears that the factory have worked flat out to get all the bits in in time, and will actually be dropping the car off for me at the circuit , so I onlty have to jump in a friends car and let the car come to me.

If only Lotus dealers/factory were so accomodating - perhaps I wouldn't have left the marque....

Happy bunny, and see you all tomorrow at Bedford!

South West - GT is a bit boring IMHO as it's a bit too long so just using the South West suits me fine.

Justin, am looking at the circuit map - there's a West, a South, a North and an East - which one is being used tomorrow?

We use the South and the West together, which create the south west circuit.

See you all tomorrow - I'll be the ugly bald bloke who gets up and says hello at the beginning. Do come and say hello.

I was with Lee and Simon Hucknall yesterday at our handling day. Both looking forward to tomorrow. Should be fun whatever the weather....

Make a loop with the South and the west circuits and you get the South-west. There is also a new hairpin in place so if it's a old map it will be slightly out.

They are all shown at www.clubautodrome.com/track_day_circuits.htm

Although the SW map is missing the addition...

We don't always use the new hairpin. Depends on the weather - last friday was soaking so they just fed everyone round the long left hander to the pit straight instead. No less fun, far fewer damaged cars..

BORING!

What ever happened to the art of car control???

I've taken a VX220t around there full pelt with it pissing it down, but then I did have "Mad Nicky" along side me ()
