Annyone know the following . . . .

* Have the specs been released for the 3R ?

* Where does the 3R com in the "0-60 league" of cars?
(production cars and not Westfields etc.)

Looking at the specs in the mags I can see that one of the TVR's / Enzo / McClarenF1 have faster 0-60 times but is there an actual table and also can you actually belive the 0-60 times in the mag.

Cheers,

Alan

I was down at the factory on Friday. Simon told me that they had not yet done accurate timing runs on the 3R yet. They hope to shortly.

He did however give indications, but as these are not proven, its probably best to keep schtum at the moment - don't want to get into any bother over it!

He also said that they may be planning a Noble owners track day with half the day for track work, and then half a day to test your own figures on a long straight! They will provide timing equipment. He said he'd announce details on here and the owners site when finalised.

... I hope they also extend the invitation to the "Currently-Noble-less-but-have-one-on-order" amongst us?! :-)

Lee was talking about this the last time I spoke to him. He was looking at using Bruntingthorpe, and I'm sure he said current and future Noble owners, but don't quote me on that!

Latest delivery time on mine (R36) is nine weeks. They have about 50 cars stacked up at the moment, and hope to start shipping next week sometime. Expecting mine around the end of September.

To be honest, seeing, touching etc. mine on Friday has made me even more impatient! Feels like when I was a youngster, and I had to eat up the main course before I could have any sweet - only this is lasting much longer that having to eat a few sprouts

Cheers, Mark
