What to look for and LED Rear Lights

Lads,
Looking at Nobles and wondering where I can find a "what to look for when buying guide" on the net.

Also, I saw a GTO a while back with Dark Frosted LED rear lights, I thought these looked nicer than the standard bulb items, anyone know where I could source a set (if I buy a Noble).

The rear lights were Arty's. He used a can of light tint spray.
