I am looking for a good track car to replace the Griffith and wonder if you can give me some feedback.
Knowing the Griffs qualities on the road rather than the M12s how is it to live with?
How does it drive in traffic and on a long run? I'm sure I'll miss that V8 torque but turbos can be very torquey if not too much big a turbo. Not tested one yet.Is there any storage space at all?
How are the running costs: fuel consumption, servicing (is it DIYable), tyres, insurance (G20?).
Lastly nearest dealer is MV and as they do TVRs may be up for a trade-in deal. What would I have to pay for one and anyone know a nice one coming up for sale.
Cheers
Chris

Soulman,
I'd like to consider it but hoped for some feedback from you guys first, or is it such a step up from TVR/Lotuses in design and quality its a no-brainer?Chris

Chris,

Suggest you wander around the Noble profiles in the "my cars" bit - you'll find lots of posts about how easy a day to day car it is.

Also check out my website at www.lotus-elise.org.uk/noble and actech's at www.gto3.com

Joust, Thanks for helping. There is a southern meeting planned in mid August to which I would like to come along. Do you think that would be OK if I turn-up in Griff or tin top?

Just checking only I had experience with the TVRCC over this. Take it this is the current time/place?
Chris

OK then, looks like we have a few people who will come along. As there haven't been any other suggestions we'll meet at the Bird in Hand on the A4 between reading and maidenhead at 12:30 - 13:00.

Is that ok for everyone?
