There are two pipes as far as I can tell leading to the (heater?) matrix inside the pasenger footwell - mine have got clips that are reasonably easy to get to. Not sure if that's exactly what you mean though.

You'll probably need to remove the small plate that has the holes to hold the cover to the fuse area in the footwell as it obscures the line of sight a bit further up. Three screws on the bottom of the dashboard hold this (I think it's metal) plate in place (under the stereo if you have one). You might just be able to push the plate upwards (it's got a bit of leeway to do this) to get to the piping.
