Guys...I had a "Moment" today that you should all be aware of.

The can of Tyreweld, or whatever it's called, that comes with the car was in my tool bag as normal when I threw a screwdriver back in the bag. I came back to it about 5 minutes later to see bits of foam in the bag. I rummaged around, then picked up the said can to have a look when "BAM!"...the thing damn near blew up in my face! I got the sticky sh1t square in both eyes, all over my face and in my hair. Thank fook that stuff is relatively harmless...my eyes are OK but it scared the bejeezus out of me for a while. Now I've washed my hair with Swarfega(sp) and cleaned it off so my eyes aren't stuck together I can laugh about it but...
Anyway, treat those cans gently!

Do you drive around with a (heavy/bulky?) toolbag in the car, or is that left behind? If the latter, what if you need Tyreweld when your out driving?

I always keep it, along with a few spanners/screwdrivers/zip ties etc behind my seat.

Not incase the car breaks, but incase someone needs a chippie at short notice............
