Has anyone else suffered with the air-con intermittently cutting out?
Symptoms are that during a reasonably long journey (60 miles plus) the air con will cut out (dash light goes out and the compressor stops working) followed shortly thereafter by the blower fan ceasing to work. Both will then start working again at some interval later (doesn't appear to be any pattern in terms of time, temp etc). Had the car into HR Owen who said they can't reproduce the fault and therefore they think it's OK (or in other words I'm imagining it and talking bks!).
If anyone else has suffered this problem and knows the cause so I can pass it on to HRO I shall be most grateful!

Well I don't think that the Noble has climate control (and hence sensors in the cabin detecting temp changes and feeding these to the a/c - heater for constant adjustment) so the temp that you punch into the a/c should mean it stays that way until you alter it, no matter what - or am I wrong?!

Nope, you're absolutely right AMG. It's good 'ol simple air-con. And when it stops working it gets pretty damn hot in the cockpit! :sweatlikeapig:

Sidekick - mine had a faulty switch - basically it turned itself onoff at random or wouldn't switch on at all. Fixed by Paul at HR Owen by replacing said switch...........

Hope this helps
