Hi Chaps,

Thought some of you might appreciate this, you have just gotta laugh or cry

The scene!
Noble in garage and just taken handbrake off.
Rear wheels just at edge of garage which leads to my sloping driveway.


What am I trying to achieve?
To give a gentle push to get the Noble fully back into garage.

What happened instead?
As I brush past the Noble I manage to knock it just enough to set it in motion! Backwards!

What happened next?

A. I managed to successfully get behind the Noble and push it back into garage?

or

B. I could not hold it and it rolled down driveway smashing into my parked Audi, wrecking both cars!

or

C. Managing to hold the car from the rear taking the full/partial weight of it until help arrived (in response to my screaming) and ended up spending all weekend in hospital with an acute achilles tenden injury requiring an operation this morning and being in plaster and on crutches for the next 9-12 weeks?

And the correct answer is C!

So no Noble action for me for a long time!

So apart from not being able to work, drive or walk I can still find a postive.....I saved the Noble!!!

P.S. No falling off chairs please!

Quality mate!
To make you feel better heres one of mine. Spent 600 quid on spraywork to get her looking top drawer for sale. Went on holiday and had one of my Bullet cam mounts fall off. Guess which paintwork it scratched. Yep, the nice newly painted stuff Laugh or cry

Ouch ... christ ... similar thing happened to a bloke round here who struggled to stop a load falling off the back of a trailer on a farm. When his leg was still hurting the next morning, he cycled to the GP where he was told he had snapped his Achilles tendon. Beggars belief.

I remember being at a cricket match a few years ago. Cars parked under trees at side of pitch, families all having picnics.

Merc with all 4 doors open, kid lets off handbrake. 3 out of 4 doors bent backwards.

Not nice to see!!

Didn't the person that helped you record any of this?

Funny how usually a persons health is more important than anything...but with a Noble we are just glad that you didn't get too injured.

Shame you injured yourself. You could have gone to France and given our boys an extra helping hand in the scrums against RSA at the end of the week .
