Just had the pleasure of driving the Noble in Norway under blue skies for 3 days/1000 ish miles. All i can say is WOW. What a place, and what a car to stomp around in. I have never had so much driving pleasure, even at legal speeds smile The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been Martins photography skills!!!

Basic summery; Bergen to Hellesylt (other end of the Geiranger Fyord) via the laerdel tunnel, then Hellesylt to Geranger and Floro to Stavanger. Will post some more pics tomorrow

I think someone with more skill could get the lighting much better, and a good photoshopper could release more of its potential. Added it above anyway. This was taken in the 24km long Laerdal tunnel.

Possibly but I just love the original. Some lovely clean images. Just goes to show what good clean cold air can do for photographs and turbo's of course wink

Just south of Geiranger?

This time last year there was no snow (very prolonged summer last year) and it was utterly stunning in autumn colours. And then in June this year it looked like this... and it was utterly stunning!

I love that tunnel. The scale of the place is immense and from a distance you see this tiny little mouse hole burrowing into this enormous mountain range. Epic is a great word to describe this part of Norway.

Cracking pics Adam.

Yeah, just south of Geiranger off highway 15. In picture two on my first post if you look at the right hand side mountain range you can see a while line about 1cm up form the water. Thats the road to Geiranger.
The Trollstigen was closed a while back so i couldnt do that, and had to do the mountains in basically a day in case the weather changed and i got stuck! I went up at 12-00 and there was still ice on the roads, but by 3pm coming back over it was dry enough to play smilecoming up highway 15 is like a wide Stelvio, then you pop into a tunnel and come out on top of a snowy mountain. I genuinely got wet eyes at that moment and it wasnt the first or last time it happened. I hope i can get back over sometime.
You have some very stunning shots too Gruffy, and like i said earlier i cant wait for the DVD of the FB5K trip there!
Ohh and i forgot to add the obligatory "Stunning Norwegian Girl In Car" shot smile
